About the Role

The role carries the full enterprise marketing mandate. Category creation and market education for buyers still forming their view of sovereign AI. Account-based programs with Sales against named accounts. Executive engagement through roundtables, closed-door forums, and bilateral briefings with CXOs and their direct reports.

The job is to crack the big enterprise deals. Create the opportunities Sales needs, put Sarvam in front of buyers who are actively in market, and convert interest into qualified pipeline and faster enterprise movement.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Demand Generation

Build and run multi-channel demand generation programs targeting enterprise accounts in BFSI, healthcare, and public sector

Own the full funnel from MQL generation through to SQL handoff with Sales, with clear SLA agreements on lead quality and follow-up cadence

Manage and optimise spend across event sponsorships and outbound programs with clear attribution to pipeline

Vertical Marketing

Develop distinct positioning, messaging, and collateral for BFSI, healthcare, and public sector verticals based on buyer research and competitive analysis

Work with Sales and Pre-sales to understand objections, buying committee structure, and procurement dynamics in each vertical

Produce vertical-specific case studies, ROI frameworks, and proof-of-concept documentation that support enterprise sales conversations

Sales Enablement

Own the sales enablement content library including battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, product one-pagers, and vertical solution briefs

Ensure Sales has current, accurate, and effective material at every stage of the enterprise sales cycle

Build onboarding and ongoing training programs so that AEs and SDRs can represent Sarvam's platform accurately and compellingly

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience marketing to regulated enterprises in India, especially banks, insurers, NBFCs, hospitals, health-tech networks, government departments, or PSUs

10 to 15 years of enterprise marketing experience at a B2B technology company, with direct ownership of pipeline and demand generation targets

Demonstrated track record of running ABM programs for large enterprise accounts with measurable pipeline contribution

Experience building flagship enterprise events, closed-door forums, customer councils, or industry roundtables from scratch

Deep working knowledge of enterprise buying behavior in at least one of BFSI, healthcare, or public sector in India

Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tooling

Experience building and managing a sales enablement content library in partnership with Sales and Pre-sales

Strong analytical capability; you define your own measurement frameworks and pull your own data

Experience working with founder-led or early-stage deep-tech companies where the category, narrative, and GTM motion had to be built from the ground up

Strong understanding of how enterprise AI is bought, evaluated, piloted, and scaled inside large organisations

Experience creating executive-level content such as board notes, CXO briefing decks, policy memos, industry POVs, and strategic account narratives

Ability to translate complex technical products into clear business value without diluting the technical depth

Existing network across enterprise technology buyers, CIO offices, digital transformation teams, consulting firms, system integrators, and industry bodies

Experience working closely with partnerships, alliances, or channel teams to unlock enterprise distribution

Strong editorial judgment and taste across decks, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, and event narratives
