We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specialist – Services Program Manager to lead complex delivery programs within our Actimize Professional Services organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong program management expertise, deep stakeholder engagement skills, and experience delivering large-scale enterprise cloud-based projects.

How will you make an impact?

As a Specialist – Services Program Manager, you will:

Lead end-to-end program delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

Govern large-scale, multi-stream programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget

Act as the primary interface between business, technical teams, and Global Talent Center (GTC)

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across all levels

Drive delivery excellence by managing risks, dependencies, and escalations

Collaborate with global NICE teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution

Provide executive-level reporting and insights to stakeholders

Ensure adherence to NICE processes, governance, and Code of Ethics

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead full delivery lifecycle execution for Actimize programs

Monitor and govern multiple workstreams across global teams

Identify and mitigate delivery risks, conflicts, and dependencies

Manage escalations and drive corrective action planning

Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, statuses, and reports

Collaborate across R&D, Implementation, and Customer teams

Ensure compliance with delivery standards and governance models

Support customer engagement and drive program success outcomes

Have you got what it takes?

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall experience in IT services / technology delivery

5+ years of project/program management experience

Mandatory experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud-based projects

Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall methodology)

Hands-on experience with MS Project or similar tools

Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to operate in global, matrix environments

Certifications & Education

PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

Experience with NICE Actimize implementations or programs

Exposure to AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance platforms

Work Model

Shift: EMEA (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)

Hybrid Model: Minimum 2 days/week from NICE Pune office
