Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth by generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have proven experience in achieving revenue targets and managing sales pipelines for Digital Marketing Services such as SEO, PPC, SMO, GMB, Website Development, ORM, and related solutions. Hands-on experience in handling the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure, is mandatory.
Required Skills
Prior experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is mandatory.
Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience in B2B, B2C sales and business development.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Prior experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is mandatory.
Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies will be highly preferred.
Experience
3 to 10 years of experience in End to End Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Client Acquisition and must have Digital Marketing Service Sales.
