Associate Operations & Maintenance will be responsible for monitoring & controlling processes using ACS/DCS system and meeting the onsite customer and liquid requirements for the merchant market. In this role you will be responsible for meeting onsite customer requirements and liquid requirements for the merchant market- using visual observation via field round, process data analysis and trending and other method. Further, you will be responsible for optimization of plant operation process using productivity tools ensuring lowest cost of production. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting in cases of process related problem/process disturbances and taking necessary action whenever required. Furthermore, you will support in sustaining QMS certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 1800) in carrying out the required action as per standard applicable area. Moreover, you are in charge for updating P&ID / SWD documents, Root Cause Analysis, making purchases for materials, assets and service, supporting the execution of the modifications from Alerts, LFRE and directives, updating and maintaining as-built drawings. Ensuring compliance to local regulations and necessary approvals/licenses is a part of your responsibility. Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with four to seven (4 -7) years' experience in a related process plant operation & process control maintenance or engineering role.
