Senior Business Analyst - Pharma
About the role
Business analyst – o Must have 5-8 years as a business analyst or similar position in an IT, Pharma or Lab Sciences environment o Regulatory awareness (e.g., GxP, CSV, data protection). o Capture project requirements to ensure the solution meets the project requirements, as well as supporting solution testing, integration, and migration activities. This role also actively supports the project launch activities (i.e., RFPs, SOWs, etc.) o Supports by ensuring solutions meet business and validation needs, including URS creation, functional/process risk assessment, test case support, and UAT execution in regulated environments o Experienced SME in the business area of focus (i.e. clear business process understanding), with abilities to challenge existing processes o Extensive experience translating business needs into tangible solutions requirements o Extensive experience in requirement creation and management o Extensive experience in validation support (i.e., URS creation, functional/process risk assessment, creation or review of test cases, UAT execution) o Experience working closely with solution configuration specialists and operational specialists to ensure the solution is configured and implemented according to business need o Experience supporting RFP & SOW activities. o Experience supporting solutions integration and migration activities o Experience building and connecting system landscapes o Fluent command of spoken and written English
