Assistant Manager/ Manager - Project Management

In this Role, You Will Focus On:

Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.

Planning and managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to closure

Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control (EAC management)

Identifying project risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans

Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Ensuring timely communication through status reports, dashboards, and meetings

Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvals Ensuring adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline)

15+ years of experience managing medium to large‑scale control system projects

Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and project execution methodologies (project management methodologies and best practices)

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications

Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk & stockholder management

Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

PMP, MBA certification

Experience managing cross‑functional or global teams

Exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or Process Industries

Proven working experience in project management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) systems.

Strong presentation and leadership skills

Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts and change management
