Job Description

The banking sector continues its transformation programmes alongside market leaders and their ecosystems. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager – Banking, capable of presenting topics to the firm's Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX).

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Manager – Banking (M/F), you autonomously manage one or more projects with leading organisations in the sector and their ecosystems.

Contribute to commercial proposals and develop the Banking sector business (prospecting, networking, pre-sales, pitches and proposals)

Take ownership of your recruitment and staffing

Be accountable for your client account

Manage your own team of Managers and Senior Consultants

Define your practice strategy (recruitment, business, offerings) with the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)

Play an active role in the strategic decision-making of your practice (market intelligence, business curiosity)

Participate in the firm's internal life (recruitment, event organisation, forum participation)

Present topics to the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)

Qualifications

You have strong expertise in Retail Banking. You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school, or engineering school.

You have at least 10 years of experience in banking consulting.

You have mastery of Banking business/IS.

You have an entrepreneurial drive and a strong ability to contribute to the practice's business development.

You are autonomous, versatile, curious, a team player, and eager to grow.

With excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills, you currently have full mastery of the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.

You are also able to manage Managers and Senior Consultants.
