ADC is a Boutique Data and AI consultancy with offices in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark, and an award-winning data design studio (CLEVER°FRANKE) embedded in the group. Our Transport and Retail teams are growing, and we’re looking for a Decision Scientist who is curious and eager to grow with us. As a

Decision Scientist you will uncover causal relationships and shape the future of decision-making while applying advanced statistical methods to real-world business challenges, helping clients unlock insights from their data. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team and a true collective, working alongside data scientists and engineers to deliver impact-driven solutions.

Where you'll make an impact

Causal Inference & Econometric Modeling

Develop and implement state-of-the-art statistical techniques to identify causal effects in observational and experimental data.

Design and execute econometric models, quasi-experiments, and A/B tests to support strategic decision-making.

Stay at the forefront of the scientific literature for econometrics, statistics, and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies.

Client Impact & Communication

Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through visualizations, presentations, and reports.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and tailor data-driven solutions to their needs.

Guide stakeholders through evidence-based decision-making, helping them unlock the full potential of their data.

Collaboration & Growth

Work alongside data engineers and scientists to enhance data infrastructure and processes.

Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Take an entrepreneurial approach, helping ADC its Decision Science capabilities and explore new opportunities.

What You Bring

At ADC, we’re not just consultants: we’re leading experts in Data & AI using our expertise in Causal Inference, Experimentation, Pricing and Forecasting, unites us is a shared way of working: breaking down complex challenges to change how organisations operate.

1+ years of experience in one of the following: Data Science, Econometrics, or a related field, ideally in consulting or project-based work.

Experience and interest in causal inference, panel data models, and statistical modelling.

A quantitative academic background: Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related field.

The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change

A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar

Fluency in English
