Key Responsibilities:
To adhere to all site rules as laid down by the Senior Team.
To enforce a culture of Performance.
To enforce a duty of care; Employees have a duty of care to their employer; meaning they should act responsibly to other Employees and to the Employers property.
To adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
To adhere to all site rules as outlined within your employee pack and contract.
To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
To take Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, to secure online appointments
To achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed.
To establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development
Executives.
To support with the administration duties including diary management
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
New Business and Upselling Sales Skills
Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use their own initiative
Customer service skills
Flexibility and open-mindedness
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work well with others
The ability to adhere to training given by Sales Manager/s
Understanding of how to use Salesforce
