Front of House Manager - Park Plaza Leeds

This is a highly visible, guest‑facing role where you will act as a brand ambassador, working collaboratively with hotel leaders to ensure our guests receive a consistently outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

What you will be responsible for:

Take full ownership of the Front of House operations, ensuring the intended guest experience is delivered consistently

Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests, handling feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care

Lead, coach and develop your management and front office teams, creating a high‑performance and engaged culture

Ensure staffing, resources and rotas are optimised to meet business demand

Drive service excellence, brand standards and compliance across the department

Manage departmental productivity, payroll and cost controls in line with targets

Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience, revenue and operational efficiency

Work closely with key stakeholders across the hotel including Operations, Guest Experience, Finance, HR and Commercial teams

Ensure health & safety, data protection, asset protection and ESG standards are adhered to at all times

About you:

Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a branded hotel environment

Strong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures

Confident people leadership skills with experience managing performance and engagement

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance service excellence and operational efficiency

Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence

Strong systems knowledge, including Opera PMS and workforce or forecasting tools
