About the role
¡Estamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero que pueda brindar asistencia y soporte con el propósito de habilitar los servicios tecnológicos para los usuarios
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00am a 6:00pm
Disponibilidad para atender algún incidente que se llegue a presentar fuera de este horario.
Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados eventuales.
Lugar de trabajo: 100% presencial: Los reyes acaquilpan, municipio la paz Edo Mex.
Requirements
Licenciatura / Ingeniería en Sistemas, Comunicaciones y Redes o afín.
Experiencia por lo menos de 2 años en Soporte de TIC´s.
No vivir a mas de 1hr del lugar de trabajo.
Ser Puntual
Disponibilidad inmediata
Experiencia en:
Soporte Técnico a usuarios, incidentes y solicitudes vía remoto y en sitio.
Uso de alguna herramienta de tickets.
Active Directory
Gestión de inventarios de equipos de TI.
Movimientos de inventario.
Mantenimiento programado y Servicio PCs, y Laptop
Creación de Máquinas Virtuales
Creación de VPN's
Tablas dinamicas
Carga de imagenes ISO
Sistema operativo MacOS
Configuración de Routers and Switches de Cisco
Uso de CRM (SAP, NetSuite, etc)
Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento de hardware a través de proveedores externos.
