Job Description
Salesforce deployment requires Product Owners capable of facilitating business workshops, structuring a backlog and supporting users throughout the full cycle, from change management to go-live. This role targets a confirmed Salesforce PO.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Salesforce Product Owner (M/F), you operate across the full Salesforce project cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs
Formalise requirements as User Stories and maintain the product backlog
Propose functional solutions suited to integration teams
Ensure change management (training, communication, user support)
Provide an advisory role to stakeholders
Participate in testing phases, data migration and go-live deployments
Manage priorities and organise the product backlog
Actively contribute to overall project management
Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
Proficiency in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) (mandatory).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in creating and managing backlogs (Epics, User Stories).
Ability to model and present business processes, particularly related to customer relationship management.
Experience in change management (training materials, communications, user support). Professional English level (mandatory).
