About the Role

Member Force is seeking a full-time, remote People & Culture Trainer and Hiring Specialist to help build a strong team, create a healthy company culture, and deliver effective onboarding and training. This role combines recruiting, employee training, and culture support in one hands-on position focused on helping the company grow with the right people and the right systems in place.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and improve onboarding and training programs that help new hires understand the company mission, values, workflows, and expectations.

Facilitate training on communication, collaboration, feedback, accountability, and performance expectations in a remote environment.

Identify training needs by partnering with managers and team members, then create practical learning resources and development plans.

Own the remote onboarding experience so new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, job description updates, posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

Build clear selection criteria and structured interview processes that assess job fit and alignment with company culture.

Create a professional, candidate-friendly hiring experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.

Support culture-building efforts through recognition, internal communication, manager support, and employee engagement activities.

Gather employee feedback through surveys, conversations, and observations, then recommend practical improvements to team culture and employee experience.

Maintain accurate hiring, onboarding, and training records in line with company policies and applicable requirements.

Track key people metrics such as time-to-fill, onboarding completion, training participation, and employee feedback to improve programs over time.

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, training, onboarding, or another people-focused role.

Experience coordinating or leading employee onboarding and training, including virtual sessions.

Hands-on recruiting experience, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.

Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills in remote settings.

Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple open roles, training needs, and internal stakeholders at the same time.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup, small business, or growing company environment.

Experience using an applicant tracking system, HRIS, or learning platform.

Experience supporting a fully remote or distributed team.

Other Information

Full-time remote role.

Regular use of video meetings, written communication, and online systems.

Some schedule flexibility may be needed to support interviews, onboarding sessions, or training across time zones.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
