Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the website using web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs utilizing tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across all devices and screen sizes.

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking using analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.

Manage content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal to update site content efficiently while maintaining web accessibility standards.

Conduct usability testing and user research to enhance user experience (UX) and interface (UI), ensuring intuitive navigation and layout design.

Monitor website performance through data analysis skills, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform regular website maintenance to ensure security and functionality.

Incorporate motion graphics and interaction design elements using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to create engaging visual effects.

Maintain version control using Git or other tools to track changes in codebase; collaborate with developers on front-end development projects.

Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices for an inclusive digital environment.

Experience

Proven experience managing websites with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, front-end development, and user interface (UI) design.

Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, PHP, SQL/MySQL databases, and web development best practices.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch for wireframing and visual mockups.

Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal; experience with website hosting platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of SEO strategies combined with data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for performance tracking.

Experience implementing responsive web design techniques along with usability testing methods to optimize user experience across devices.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360), and social media integration is advantageous.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
