About the role
The Human Resources Specialist- Employee Relations conducts workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc. Will serve as a resource on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues. May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Will perform special projects as assigned. #LI-BF3
