First point of contact for in person customers, phone sales and direct calls within the company. Order data input and truck scheduling
Duties
Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Research market to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role. Knowledge of roofing sales an asset Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively to customers. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
