About the role
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Why this job’s a big deal:
As a Product Manager for Flights at Priceline, you will be a strategic leader within our Product Operating Model (POM), driving the vision and execution for one of our most critical travel verticals. You will lead an Agile team tasked with building industry leading user experiences that deliver the best deals to our customers and keep them coming back to Priceline. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between deep customer insights, technical feasibility, and business strategy to create a simple, intuitive, and highly performant traveler experience.
In this role, you will get to:
Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Flights team, translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
Execute within the POM: Act as a "daily driver" of the Product Operating Model, balancing the delivery of new customer-facing features with essential technical debt remediation and platform enabler work.
Own the Backlog: Lead the prioritization, sequencing, and refinement of the product backlog, partnering closely with engineering and design leads to ensure work is feasible and aligned with desired outcomes.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams (specializing in Elixir, Java, and Node.js) to design end-to-end solutions across internal platforms and third-party supplier integrations.
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage big data, real-time analytics, and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and measure product performance against key OKRs and KPIs.
Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to modernize legacy search and booking processes, improving efficiency and personalization at scale.
Who you are:
Strategic Product Leader: 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably within ecommerce or travel-related domain.
POM Practitioner: Proven experience operating effectively within a Product Operating Model, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
Customer Focused: Advocate for the customer. You understand how to design features for different customer segments across web and native app experiences.
Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled at using data to drive prioritization, define success metrics, and reduce ambiguity into clear, actionable components.
AI Champion: Comfortable integrating AI into both your personal workflows and your product solutions. Always looking for opportunities to leverage AI to help yourself and your team deliver faster for your customers.
Exceptional Communicator: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs.
Values-Driven: An illustrated history of living the Priceline values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
Ethical Leader: You believe that "The Right Results, the Right Way" is a way of life, maintaining unquestionable integrity and ethics in all professional dealings.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
