Position Description:
We are looking for an execution-oriented Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive complex enterprise Data Products and AI-enabled platform initiatives for one of Bridgenext’s strategic clients in the financial services and insurance industry.
This is a hands-on, operational delivery role responsible for driving day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, governance forums, and delivery workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with domain knowledge in enterprise data platforms, AI / GenAI delivery, audit and risk workflows, and regulated financial services operations.
This individual will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure successful delivery of strategic data platforms, AI-enabled audit workflows, and enterprise data products — with clear ownership of timelines, scope, dependencies, governance, and outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Program & Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Products and AI-enabled platform initiatives
Manage timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, governance, and execution plans
Coordinate across engineering, architecture, QA, product, business, and data teams
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, delivery tracking, and release management
Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews
Manage stakeholder expectations across business, audit, risk, compliance, and technology teams
Drive cross-functional issue resolution and decision-making
Ensure timely approvals, UAT coordination, and production readiness activities
Data Products Delivery
Manage delivery of enterprise data product initiatives including Common Data Models (CDM), Medallion architectures (Bronze / Silver / Gold), and Delta Lake-based platforms
Oversee data quality, governance, and data contract / SLA frameworks
Coordinate CI/CD and pipeline operationalization with data engineering and analytics teams
Ensure data products are delivered in a scalable, governed, and analytics-ready manner
AI & Audit Platform Delivery
Drive execution of AI-enabled audit workflows and orchestration platforms
Coordinate delivery across AI-assisted document ingestion, risk identification and control mapping, audit report copilots, and workflow orchestration engines
Manage delivery of MCP / integration frameworks, shared context stores, and enterprise integrations
Ensure delivery aligns with audit, compliance, and governance requirements
Delivery Operations
Manage offshore / onshore delivery coordination and capacity planning
Track sprint velocity, delivery KPIs, and milestone completion
Ensure testing, quality gates, defect management, and deployment readiness
Support hypercare, stabilization, and transition activities post go-live
Workplace: Toronto, ON. On-site presence required multiple days per week for governance and stakeholder collaboration
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of program / project management experience in enterprise technology delivery
Strong experience managing Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or enterprise platform programs
Experience delivering programs within financial services, insurance, audit, risk, or compliance domains
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team coordination
Experience managing large enterprise stakeholders and formal governance processes
Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT pipelines) at a conceptual / delivery level
Working knowledge of AI / GenAI delivery patterns and orchestration frameworks
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Ability to operate effectively across technical and business teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience delivering Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Contract / SLA frameworks
Exposure to audit and risk platforms, controls automation, or compliance technology
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem programs and enterprise integration / orchestration platforms
Experience coordinating CI/CD and DevOps delivery across data and application workstreams
Certifications: PMP / PgMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Databricks fundamentals, or Cloud certifications

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Bridgenext provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as described above. The current salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 CAD annually. Our comprehensive total rewards program goes way beyond a competitive salary.
