About the role
Das ist die Aufgabe
Du entwickelst und steuerst Omnichannel-Kampagnen- und Content-Strategien, die unsere Marketingziele unterstützen und Produkte sowie Markenbotschaften weltweit sichtbar machen
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strategy- und Channel-Teams sowie internationalen Stakeholdern sorgst du dafür, dass die Markenkommunikation über Märkte und Kanäle hinweg konsistent bleibt
Du definierst relevante KPIs für Inhalte und Kampagnen, analysierst Ergebnisse und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab, um die Wirksamkeit der Kommunikation kontinuierlich zu steigern
Du steuerst die Entwicklung internationaler Kampagneninhalte von der Agenturauswahl über Briefings und kreative Konzepte bis hin zu Produktion, Postproduktion und internationalem Roll-out
Gemeinsam mit Channel-Spezialist:innen, Teams aus Media & Communications Strategy sowie externen Partner:innen stellst du sicher, dass Kampagnen abgestimmt, effizient und wirkungsvoll umgesetzt werden
Das überzeugt uns
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Kampagnenmanagement auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite helfen dir, komplexe Projekte sicher zu steuern
Strategisches Denken verbindest du mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für kreative Inhalte und wirkungsvolle Markenkommunikation im Premium-Umfeld
Präsentationen vor internationalen Stakeholdern fallen dir leicht und du bewegst dich sicher in unterschiedlichen Teams, Kulturen und Interessenlagen
Auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst du sicher und bringst deine Ideen sowohl schriftlich als auch im direkten Austausch überzeugend auf den Punkt
