Als Werkstudent im Vertrieb unterstützt Du unsere Vertriebsleiter in mehreren Industriebereichen bei der operativen Vertriebsarbeit. Du erhältst tiefe Einblicke in komplexe B2B-Sales-Prozesse rund um moderne Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Lösungen und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Account Managern zusammen.
Dein Fokus liegt klar auf Sales Support, Analyse und Struktur – und bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Die Tätigkeit ist auf eine regelmäßige Mitarbeit von 15–20 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt.
Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützung der Vertriebsleiter in den Bereichen
Finance & Insurance, Public Health & Industrie (Manufacturing, Energy & Telecom & Transport)
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kunden- und Account-Terminen
(Agenda, Präsentationen, Gesprächsnotizen, Follow-ups)
Pflege und Aktualisierung des CRM-Systems
(Leads, Opportunities, Kundeninformationen, Pipeline-Übersichten)
Markt-, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen
(z. B. Zielkunden, Ansprechpartner, Markttrends je Industrie)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von:
Angebotsunterlagen
Kunden- und Branchenpräsentationen
Entscheidungs- und Management-Reports
Mitarbeit bei Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen
(z. B. Webinare, Mailings, Events, Account-Based-Ansätze)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Management, Presales und Marketing
Dein Profil
Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), z. B. in
BWL, Wirtschafts-/Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Kommunikation
Interesse an B2B-Vertrieb, Technologie und Industrie-Märkten
Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Werkstudent, Praktikum, studentische Projekte) von Vorteil
Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und gutes Zahlen- & Prozessverständnis
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. PowerPoint & Excel)
Freude an Kommunikation, Recherche und Teamarbeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Your Role
As a working student in Sales, you will support our Sales Directors across multiple industry sectors in day-to-day sales operations. You will gain deep insights into complex B2B sales processes related to modern communication and collaboration solutions and work closely with experienced Account Managers.
Your focus will clearly be on sales support, analysis, and structure—giving you the opportunity to take on responsibility and further develop your professional skills.
The position is designed for regular working hours of 15–20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
Support Sales Directors in the areas of
Finance & Insurance, Public Health & Industry (Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom & Transport)
Prepare and follow up on client and account meetings (agendas, presentations, meeting notes, follow-ups)
Maintain and update the CRM system (leads, opportunities, customer information, pipeline overviews)
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research (e.g. target customers, key contacts, market trends by industry)
Support the creation of:
Proposals
Client and industry presentations
Decision-making and management reports
Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns (e.g. webinars, mailings, events, account-based approaches)
Collaborate closely with Account Management, Presales, and Marketing
Your Profile
Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g. in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or Communications
Interest in B2B sales, technology, and industrial markets
Initial practical experience (e.g. working student role, internship, academic projects) is a plus
Structured and reliable working style with strong numerical and process understanding
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
Enjoy communication, research, and teamwork
Very good German and good English skills
