This is a hybrid role in Toronto
Campaign Execution Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of data-driven outbound marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention efforts. You will act as a strategic and technical leader in configuring, launching, and optimizing lead programs across channels such as outbound calling, email, SMS, and digital placements.
This role requires a balance of campaign operations, technical configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and analytics—with a strong focus on improving how we capture, route, and activate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Translate business objectives into actionable campaign briefs and execution plans aligned with marketing strategy and compliance requirements.
Lead delivery of outbound programs targeting retail banking products (e.g., mortgages, credit cards, loans) through various platforms.
Coordinate campaign setup, QA, approvals, deployment, and monitoring with internal partners.
Analytics & Campaign Optimization
Build dashboards and conduct performance analyses on lead funnel progression, campaign response, and ROI.
Use insights to refine targeting, lead scoring, and timing strategies to maximize conversion and engagement.
Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to provide campaign insights to senior stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines (e.g., CASL, GDPR), and audit requirements in campaign delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, segmentation logic, approvals, and data handling procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Partner closely with business units, sales, product, analytics, and compliance teams to align campaign execution with business needs.
Support and mentor junior team members in campaign development and best practices.
Contribute to special initiatives and technology projects related to data acquisition, channel enhancement, or process improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in campaign delivery, marketing operations, or CRM campaign management—ideally in a retail banking or financial services environment.
Experience with configuring and managing LME or similar lead distribution engines.
Familiarity with Unica Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent tools.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of SQL and SAS for data extraction and campaign logic.
Proficiency with campaign testing, QA, and workflow documentation.
Strong command of data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Other Skills:
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Experience
Background in financial marketing, including knowledge of banking products and customer lifecycles.
Experience with AI-driven lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel orchestration.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., OSFI, FINTRAC, CASL) related to marketing activities.
Prior involvement in agile marketing, automation scaling, or Martech enhancements.

$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
