About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern will oversee scheduling requirements for Mexico and gain comprehensive insight into business operations and talent acquisition methodologies. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives at Uber Freight, ensuring a professional candidate experience, and managing complex scheduling logistics. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the organizational development of a rapidly expanding global entity.

Think Ahead: You anticipate potential challenges in candidate sourcing, and tracking. Proactively identify solutions to ensure a smooth candidate experience and prevent bottle-necks or delays in the process.

Collaborate: You maintain strong touch points with internal recruiting teams, and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear and professional communication to drive seamless execution and alignment.

Thrive in Change: In a fast-paced recruiting environment, you adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and candidate needs, while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timely updates.

Basic Qualifications

Currently an active student in their 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Organizational Culture, Business, or any related subject area.

Interest in learning about the Admin side of the Talent Acquisition Area.

Expert level in speaking and writing English.

Can be onsite in our Monterrey Office: Part-time.

Preferred Qualifications

Past HR or coordination internship experience.

Front Office: Email drafting, calendar management.

Highly organized with a meticulous approach to time and project management.

What the Candidate Will Do

Support scheduling requirements for interviews, panels, and various recruitment-related activities.

Respond promptly to rescheduling requests from both candidates and internal business partners.

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless interview journey.

Help champion a world-class candidate experience throughout every stage of the selection process.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to stay aligned with evolving business priorities.

Partner with the Facilities team to ensure operational continuity and a professional environment.

Support maintain comprehensive mapping and regular updates of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
