Collaborate with the LA sales & marketing team to resolve system-related issues (CRM, BI, ERP) and coordinate with IT when needed.
Act as a liaison between business areas and market intelligence, ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
Identify and recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.
