Job Description

Your Main Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to customers via phone, email, and online chat regarding destinations, camp options, program selection, activities, excursions, transfers, and insurance coverage

Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and sales opportunities

Organize and schedule phone consultations and prospect interviews

Prepare, generate, and follow up on sales quotations

Distribute marketing materials and brochures to prospective clients

Convert qualified leads and opportunities into confirmed bookings

Coordinate with the summer camps operations team to finalize and confirm all bookings

Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, including translation services, internal file management, and presentation material updates

Qualifications

Pursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration, management or a related field

Problem solving and out of the box thinker needed

An interest in working in Sales and/or Business Development

High knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluent in English, it would be a plus if you speak FR,ES, DE or IT.

Excellent organizational skills

Outstanding written & verbal communication

Ability to work independently and multitasker

Positive thinking & flexibility

Type of contract: Internship of 6 months (40h per week)

Activity rate: Full time

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday : 11:00 - 20:00H

Fridays: 10:00 - 16:00H

Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00H (Rotating - Twice per month)
