Your New Role
As Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate, compliant and timely processing across Family Law, Early Release and administration activities. You’ll balance people leadership, operational performance and continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver exceptional service while meeting regulatory obligations.
Some responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team to deliver excellent member outcomes;
Overseeing day-to-day workflow, service delivery and operational performance;
Ensuring all processing meets legislative, policy and compliance requirements;
Managing escalations and supporting quality assurance outcomes;
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers and corporate employers;
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, productivity and quality;
Monitoring reporting, data quality and performance metrics to identify opportunities for uplift; and
Embedding a strong risk and compliance culture across the team.
How do you exceed our expectations?

Experience in Family Law, Early Release and/or superannuation administration processing;
Proven leadership experience (or strong leadership capability with a readiness to step up);
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks;
Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through change;
Experience using data and reporting to drive performance and improvement;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
A genuine commitment to delivering member-first outcomes;
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
