Key Responsibilities

Training Academy Development

Design and implement a modern, scalable Training Academy using innovative delivery methods (e.g., digital learning, blended learning, microlearning).

Develop training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.

Establish and maintain high standards for training quality, relevance, and effectiveness.

Content & Curriculum Management

Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to create and continuously improve training content.

Ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles.

Introduce certification pathways and learning journeys to support career development and product mastery.

Performance & Impact Measurement

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, including learner feedback, assessments, and business impact.

Use data and insights to refine programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trainers, instructional designers, and learning specialists.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Academy team.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with internal leaders, product teams, and customer success to ensure training initiatives support strategic priorities.

Act as a champion for learning across the organization, promoting a growth mindset and knowledge-sharing culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience in building and leading training or learning & development programs, ideally in a tech or fintech environment.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Passion for customer-centric innovation and continuous learning.
