Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Achieve sales goals and support community occupancy targets

Respond to inquiries and conduct personalized community tours

Guide prospects and families through the decision-making process

Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up (calls, emails, events)

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Sherpa, Yardi, etc.)

Qualify prospects financially in compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Represent and promote our full continuum of care

Participate in marketing events and community outreach

Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Proven sales or leasing experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional presence and excellent follow-through

Experience with CRM systems and general computer proficiency

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

A compassionate, people-first approach

Experience in Independent Living or Assisted Living sales

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

High emotional intelligence and ability to support families through transitions
