Position Summary

You will design and deliver learning that helps people do their jobs safely and confidently. You will work with site leaders, subject matter experts and global learning teams. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and a learner-first approach. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Design, maintain and deliver role-based curricula and compliance training in partnership with subject matter experts.

Administer the learning management system and keep training records accurate and audit ready.

Schedule training, coordinate logistics and manage relationships with internal and external providers.

Create clear, practical learning materials for classroom, virtual and blended delivery.

Track learning metrics, evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements to learning programs.

Lead small projects to simplify processes, improve learner experience and support regulatory readiness.

What success looks like

People complete required training on time and feel prepared to do their roles.

Training records are accurate, easy to find and ready for audits.

Learning content is simple, relevant and supports on-the-job performance.

Strong working relationships with stakeholders and timely delivery of agreed activities.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

Minimum Diploma in learning and development, human resources, education, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or learning administration, ideally in a regulated environment.

Hands-on experience with a learning management system and training record management.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Good organisation and project management skills with attention to detail.

This role is on-site in Singapore. You must be able to work from the site regularly.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare or manufacturing environments.

Formal training or certification in instructional design, adult learning or L&D (for example, CIPD or equivalent).

Experience designing blended learning and using digital learning tools.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, audit readiness and good documentation practice.

Experience delivering accessible and inclusive learning for diverse audiences.

Experience leading small teams or managing vendors and third-party training providers.
