As a Key Account Manager , you will play a strategic role in building strong, long-term partnerships with our most important national customers. You will become the SPOC (single point of contact) for your strategic customers.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute Account Plans and budgets with key clients, focusing on value-based selling.
Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with KONE business guidelines.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee national agreements and manage a portfolio of strategic contracts.
Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilize internal teams toward shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Spanish mother tongue, fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
Excellent Influencing skills
Previous experience in the role (2-3 years)
A customer-focused mindset and a passion for achieving results
Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
