IE University is seeking a candidate-centric and performance-driven recruitment professional to support the growth of its Business & Management Programs portfolio, including the Master in Management and the Master in Digital Strategy, AI & Innovation.

This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting high-potential international candidates, while contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategy through data-driven insights and market feedback. The position combines high-touch candidate advisory with pipeline management and recruitment performance tracking, ensuring both quality of engagement and achievement of enrollment objectives.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Manager will involve:

Candidate Recruitment & Advisory

Guide and mentor prospective candidates throughout the decision-making and application process, understanding their academic background, career goals, and motivations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through multiple touchpoints (calls, email, virtual sessions, and in-person events).

Represent IE University at recruitment events, webinars, fairs, and institutional presentations.

Recruitment Performance & Pipeline Management

Manage and monitor the assigned candidate pipeline to ensure alignment with enrollment targets.

Track application progress, conversion rates, and pipeline health using CRM tools.

Identify pipeline risks and implement actions to improve conversion and enrollment outcomes.

Candidate Journey & Experience

Ensure a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience across all candidate interactions.

Contribute to improving communication flows and engagement strategies across the recruitment funnel.

Maintain a strong advisory approach while supporting conversion objectives.

Market & Data Insights

Analyze recruitment data, market trends, and candidate behavior to inform decision-making.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion, and enrollment.

Contribute to reporting on markets, competitors, and candidate trends to support recruitment planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Careers, Financial Aid, and Academic teams to ensure alignment in messaging and recruitment strategy.

Collaborate with international recruitment teams to adapt approaches to regional market dynamics.

Act as a liaison across stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective candidate experience.

Recruitment Initiatives & Growth Contribution

Support the execution of recruitment initiatives aimed at increasing pipeline quality and reach.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, engagement channels, and conversion strategies.

Contribute to the successful launch and positioning of new programs where applicable.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or candidate-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with international candidates.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform actions.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
