About the role
Per potenziamento organico in vista della stagione estiva a Roma, ricerchiamo un/una addetto/a alla selezione personale con focus su profili operativi per cantieri edili. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i responsabili di cantiere e il team di coordinamento per garantire assunzioni rapide e conformi alle norme di sicurezza.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
esperienza fino a 2 anni in attività di screening e contatto candidati o senza esperienza (valutiamo anche prime esperienze)
capacità di comunicazione telefonica e organizzativa
precisione nella gestione di nominativi e appuntamenti
conoscenza base pacchetto Office e posta elettronica
Mansioni:
pubblicazione e aggiornamento annunci sui canali di recruiting aziendali
screening curricula e prima selezione dei profili operai, carpentieri, manovali e specializzati
contatto telefonico e organizzazione colloqui con i referenti di cantiere
raccolta documentazione per verifica DPI, attestati corsi sicurezza e patentini (ponteggi, PLE) quando presenti
aggiornamento elenchi candidati e reportistica per i responsabili HR
Offerta e benefit:
