Nasce una nuova opportunità nel settore trasporti e gestione flussi. Cerchiamo una figura per il nostro team HR dedicata alla selezione del personale operativo.
Ti occuperai di pubblicare annunci sui principali portali di recruiting, fare screening iniziale dei curricula per profili di magazzino e guida, contattare candidati per colloqui telefonici e in presenza, e gestire la documentazione di inserimento con supporto del responsabile HR. Lavorerai con un ATS interno per tracciare le candidature e aggiornare i database delle posizioni aperte. Avrai anche il compito di organizzare i turni di colloquio con i capi reparto logistica e coordinare le attività di onboarding per i nuovi assunti.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
conoscenza operativa di Excel e strumenti di recruiting online
buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al contatto telefonico
precisione nella gestione dati e riservatezza
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi
tempo pieno full-time 40 ore dal lunedì al venerdì
