Per ampliamento del team Risorse Umane si ricerca un Addetto/a selezione personale da inserire nell’ufficio dedicato alla gestione dei processi di recruiting e onboarding. La figura collaborerà con i referenti operativi del customer service per individuare e selezionare nuovi operatori.
Principali attività:
screening dei curriculum e contatto con i candidati per colloqui conoscitivi
organizzazione delle agende e gestione delle comunicazioni interne
supporto al processo di inserimento e aggiornamento database HR
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
conoscenza base di Excel e posta elettronica
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga
orario full-time
