Inserimento nel nostro organico di un/una Impiegato/a risorse umane per centro di distribuzione alimentare. La figura supporta il reparto HR nella gestione del personale di magazzino e autisti, con ingresso previsto entro un mese.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo amministrativo o equivalente
buona dimestichezza con Excel e posta elettronica
anche senza esperienza pregressa, gradito interesse per l’area HR
precisione, riservatezza e capacità organizzative
disponibilità a confrontarsi quotidianamente con magazzino, trasporti e direzione
La risorsa aggiorna presenze, straordinari e turni di magazzinieri e autisti su gestionale HR (es. Zucchetti), predispone documenti di assunzione e proroga, inserisce e mantiene le anagrafiche del personale, pubblica annunci e gestisce uno screening iniziale dei CV per i profili operativi.
