About the role
Selezioniamo Addetto/a documentazione per il nostro hub di smistamento a Catania. Avrai il compito di gestire l'intero flusso documentale dei carichi in entrata e uscita: registrazione DDT, verifica corrispondenza bolle-fatture, archiviazione digitale su gestionale interno e predisposizione del pacchetto per la contabilità.
Ti occuperai inoltre del controllo scadenze documenti di trasporto e del supporto al magazzino per la risoluzione di discordanze merce-documenti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con autisti e spedizionieri.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
breve esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
dimestichezza con Excel e gestione PDF
precisione e metodo nell'organizzazione
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi
tempo pieno full-time 40h, turni centrali
