Your i mpact

The Engineering Executive Manager reports directly to the General Manager - Customer Domain Technology . It’s a deeply technical senior leadership role where you’ll shape the technical vision and engineering standards behind our next-generation Customer Data platforms . A critical foundational capability that enables intelligent, real-time, and personalised experiences for millions of customers.

What you’ll be doing

Accountable for the Customer Data Domain’s platforms, architectural design, technology roadmap, and delivery outcomes .

Lead a team of Principal Engineers, setting technical direction and driving a culture of engineering excellence and innovation .

Own the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based data and AI platforms.

Architect and evolve a modern, cloud-native data platform that supports real-time data streaming, advanced analytics, and AI-driven personalisation.

Drive engineering excellence across the platform, embedding best practices in software development, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design principles.

Lead the development of reusable platform capabilities that accelerate delivery for our engineers and product teams.

Collaborate across domains to ensure the platform supports customer intelligence, financial crime detection, and enterprise-wide decisioning.

Mentor and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical mastery, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll b ring

Deep expertise in software engineering and platform architecture, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native data platforms.

Proven senior leadership in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and secure deployment practices.

Experience designing systems that support real-time data ingestion, transformation, and activation across diverse use cases.

A strategic mindset with the ability to influence technical direction, modernise legacy systems, and drive platform adoption across teams.

Strong communication and mentoring skills, with a passion for growing diverse, high-performing engineering communities.
