We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the electrical engineering scope, leading delivery across a range of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will play a critical role in shaping project outcomes, providing technical leadership across feasibility, detailed engineering, and delivery phases. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team while contributing to technically challenging and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the electrical engineering scope across feasibility and detailed design phases

Prepare and review technical deliverables including specifications and design reports

Contribute to capital cost estimates and project schedules

Provide technical support during construction and commissioning

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes

Mentor and develop junior and emerging engineers within the team

Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes, standards, and internal procedures

Champion a strong safety culture across all work activities

About You

You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and bring experience aligned with CPEng-level capability. You have strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a track record of delivering compliant, high-quality engineering outcomes. You are an effective communicator who can engage confidently with clients and stakeholders, and you bring demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development, safety, and continuous improvement.
