Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant at OneAdvanced Asia Pac Pty Ltd plays an integral role in supporting effective cash flow management by working closely with customers & internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, India Credit Control and Renewal teams to ensure timely debt collection and minimize aged debt balances.

The role also contributes to broader finance operations, collaborating with the UK Finance team on various financial processes and supporting additional operational and ad hoc finance activities as required.

What You Will Do:

Manage collections activity across a portfolio of ANZ corporate customers.

Monitor, track, and reduce aged debt in line with business KPIs.

Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account queries/ disputes.

Refer overdue accounts to external collection agencies when required.

Prepare monthly cashflow forecast.

Assist with financial reporting, expense management, audit & renewal process

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements where appropriate.

What You Will Have:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Strong problem‑solving capability and the ability to work independently when required.

Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
