We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team based in Darwin.

The Role
This is a critical Darwin-based role supporting business performance through forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation, including exposure to senior leadership and Board reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
Deliver monthly management reporting across the group — accurate, timely and insightful
Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
You will succeed in this role if you:
Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability
Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. JobPac, Power BI or similar)
Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
Possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting
Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
