About the role

Salted Stone is a full-service global growth agency and HubSpot Elite Partner looking for a

permanent full-time Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist to join our growing APAC Solutions team.

Your mission will be to support the expansion of our business in APAC by helping our clients develop, implement, and optimise new technologies and processes that tie together the entire customer lifecycle using the HubSpot platform.

In your new role as a HubSpot Solutions Strategist, you’ll get to:

Deliver HubSpot implementation services, including onboarding, data migration, portal strategy, and CRM optimisation across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and related tools.

Lead discovery sessions and client workshops to design scalable CRM architectures, data strategies, lead flows, and system processes.

Map and document sales processes, customer journeys, and CRM data management requirements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Serve as a strategic liaison between clients, marketers, and development teams by translating technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Participate in client-facing meetings as a HubSpot and CRM subject matter expert, helping clients understand technical solutions and platform capabilities.

Create and maintain client documentation, implementation guides, process documentation, and training materials for system configurations and integrations.

Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Provide accurate project timelines, effort estimates, and status updates while proactively identifying risks and solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, optimise service delivery, and introduce innovative solutions that enhance team performance.

Train and mentor team members on HubSpot onboarding, portal strategy, data migration, and related CRM solutions.

Independently manage onboarding and implementation engagements without requiring additional project management oversight.

Collaborate with internal and external development teams to integrate HubSpot with existing business systems and third-party applications.

Design and document Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for existing and proposed system integrations and data structures.

Apply strong knowledge of CRM data architecture and integration best practices to recommend scalable technical solutions.

Advise clients on first-party, third-party, and middleware integration options based on business and technical requirements.

Troubleshoot CRM, integration, and data-related issues while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

Support business development efforts by serving as a technical SME during sales conversations, discovery calls, and solution presentations.

Ask strategic discovery questions to uncover prospect pain points and identify opportunities for value-driven CRM solutions.

Partner with the sales team to recommend appropriate service offerings, implementation tiers, and solution strategies based on client needs.

Assist with scoping, pricing recommendations, and Statement of Work (SOW) language to support proposal development and budgeting processes.

We’re looking for someone who has:

5+ years of experience in Solutions Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, CRM Consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role; agency experience strongly preferred.

Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub.

Proven ability to architect and implement scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems within HubSpot.

Strong understanding of CRM strategy, lead management, marketing automation, and revenue operations best practices.

Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence, leading client conversations and workshops.

Strong technical writing and documentation skills, including creating client-facing process documentation and training materials.

Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems and tools using middleware and iPaaS platforms such as Zapier.

Working knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Databox, Tableau, or similar tools.

Familiarity with marketing and sales technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Intercom, Drift, Zendesk, or similar solutions.

Experience identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.

Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and related platforms.

General understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards, including GDPR.

Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Airtable, Teamwork, and Google Workspace.

Agency or consulting experience is preferred

In a hybrid or remote role, our preference is for someone who can spend at least some time with the team in real life; however, we do have fully remote team members in North America, and this is something we would consider in Australia for the right person. S2’s wider team is spread across North America (fully remote), Sydney (hybrid), Melbourne (hybrid), Perth (hybrid), Dublin (hybrid), and the Philippines (fully remote), so there may be times when we ask you to flex your schedule to allow for collaboration with different time zones. This flex goes both ways.
