Location: Fridley, MN (In-Person)

Position Type: Part-Time (25 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours with occasional scheduling flexibility

We are a growing Minnesota 245D provider with Integrated Community Supports (ICS) services dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered support. As our organization expands, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive Staffing Coordinator to help drive our talent acquisition efforts, build a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure seamless workforce coverage.

Position Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator is the vital link between our organization, our direct care staff, and top-tier talent. This dual-focus role is responsible for orchestrating the recruitment process—from creative sourcing and screening to onboarding—while managing employee schedules to guarantee continuity of service for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts, including writing and posting engaging job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Utilize social media, community outreach, and relationship management to attract a diverse talent pool.

Onboarding & Engagement: Coordinate employee onboarding, lead orientation activities, and support retention initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing employee engagement.

Workforce Scheduling: Coordinate employee schedules and proactively manage daily staffing coverage, addressing open shifts rapidly to prevent gaps in client care.

HR Compliance & Tracking: Monitor and track mandatory 245D training requirements, staff credentials, and compliance deadlines. Maintain accurate employee records, staffing reports, and scheduling documentation for payroll support.

Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with program leadership to understand immediate staffing gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with HR best practices.

Team Support: Provide occasional direct support services during temporary staffing shortages.

QualificationsRequired:

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Capabilities: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Logistics: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Experience in recruiting, HR sourcing, home care scheduling, or staffing coordination.

Experience working within healthcare, human services, or Minnesota 245D/ICS environments.

Familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Paychex).

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
