We are missing a much needed position at our Keller Williams Professional Partners office.

Here’s what our dynamic team is looking for-

A results-driven and people-focused Team Leader for our KW Arrowhead location (Northwest Valley) who is committed to growing a thriving office through strong leadership, collaboration, and a team-first culture. Passionate about helping agents grow personally, professionally, and financially while building an environment centered on accountability, integrity, support, and shared success. We are running the KW model and value proposition.

Essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Recruit & influence top performing agents to our Value Proposition

Be assertive and purposeful in achieving high recruiting results that meet and exceed regional standards

Report and track recruiting numbers on a weekly basis

Research competition and develop business prospecting strategies to stay competitive

Leverage the KW tools to achieve high levels of profitability

Understand P&L's and how to use them to make the right business decisions

Lead Sales and Business Meetings

Manage staff (Experienced Market Center Administrators and Mentors to support you!)

Proven Real Estate Track record or Recruiting Background a Must! Licensing Preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
