Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for individuals who are comfortable generating their own business and working in a performance-based role.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for bringing in new customers and educating homeowners on our roofing, gutter, and siding services. You will manage the sales process from initial contact through closing. Training will be provided to help you succeed, and some leads may be provided as they become available; however, the primary responsibility of this role is to prospect and develop new customers independently.

This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, confident communicating with homeowners, and motivated by commission-based income.

Duties

Generate new customers through self-prospecting, networking, and outreach

Educate homeowners on roofing, gutter, and siding services

Conduct full property inspections

Perform roof inspections as needed to assess project scope and conditions

Present estimates and proposals to homeowners

Manage the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement

Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project

Qualifications

Previous sales experience required

Roofing and exterior construction knowledge preferred

Experience working with insurance companies on property damage claims preferred

Xactimate software experience a plus

CRM software experience preferred

Experience with EagleView and/or Hover measurement tools a plus

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay: $20,307.26 - $50,939.92 per year
