Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and territory management.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about roofing options, materials, and benefits.
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to market presence within assigned territories.
Utilize CRM software such as Quickbooks to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing client needs effectively while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and increase brand awareness in local markets.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction, roofing, or related industries.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory development and account growth.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
