We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager who can bring passion, leadership, and creativity to our F&B team while ensuring flawless execution across outlets and events.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily F&B operations including the kitchen, restaurant outlets, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Lead banquet and catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
Recruit, train, and mentor F&B associates to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor quality and consistency of food, beverage, and service standards across all outlets.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sales teams on menu planning, event coordination, and guest experience.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs while staying within budget.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Be flexible - schedules fluctuate with events, weekends, and business needs.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage or Banquets (hotel or upscale restaurant).
Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
Hands-on leader with a focus on training, standards, and guest service.
Ability to balance creativity with operational and financial discipline.
Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and events.
