We are a growing private real estate lending company that finances residential renovation and investment projects. Our team works directly with real estate investors, contractors, and borrowers to help projects move efficiently from acquisition through completion.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Draw Coordinator / Real Estate Operations Coordinator to help manage construction rehab draws, conduct property inspections, and support various day-to-day business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate investing, construction, lending, project management, and business operations.
ResponsibilitiesConstruction Draw Management
Work directly with borrowers to develop practical and realistic construction draw schedules.
Review renovation scopes of work and project budgets.
Schedule and conduct property inspections throughout the renovation process.
Verify completed work before draw funds are released.
Document inspection findings with photos and written reports.
Communicate with borrowers regarding project progress and draw requests.
Coordinate with internal staff to facilitate timely draw approvals and funding.
Operations & Administrative Support
Assist with various real estate and lending-related projects.
Support loan servicing and portfolio management activities.
Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
Follow up with borrowers, contractors, vendors, and business partners.
Assist with research, data entry, reporting, and other operational tasks.
Help improve internal processes and systems as the company grows.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and in the field.
Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, real estate, property management, project coordination, or lending.
Ability to read construction scopes of work and renovation budgets.
Familiarity with residential renovation projects.
Experience conducting site visits or inspections.
