Construction Superintendent – Commercial/Retail Projects
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-driven Construction Superintendent to oversee our premier commercial and retail accounts. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site operations ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and top-tier quality.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily on-site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
Monitor budgets, review change orders, and support cost control efforts
Conduct regular site inspections and address issues proactively
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams
Maintain a professional on-site presence and ensure steady project progress
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a superintendent on commercial or retail construction projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects

Pay: $67,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Experience:
