About the role

HR Coordinator

Prepare the preonboarding prepare new hires by completing administrative tasks and introducing them to the company culture

Lead the MX employees onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders in support of business objectives, including organizational change, growth, and transformation

Design, support, and implement new or revised organizational designs as needed to deliver business results and drive role clarity, capability building, and effectiveness

Instill a coaching culture when partnering with the business, helping to develop leadership capabilities to continuously improve and sustain organizational health

Perform talent and organization diagnoses to align with business strategy and prioritize solutions that are fit for purpose to deliver benefit and desired outcomes

Use data analytics to proactively provide recommendations and insight to leaders in support of employee experience and business results

Support and manage all talent management initiatives, e.g. succession planning, talent assessment, internal mobility support, development plans, and effective performance evaluation calibrations and communication

Guide managers through performance review cycles. Provide guidance and coaching on performance management, feedback culture, and employee development goals

NOM035, NOM030 – follow up

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Provide crucial data and reports for the region and local regulators (including internal and external audit requests). Mixed commission, INEGI, STPS, PWC, Mazart / Alai, CBRA risk operation.

Climate & Culture / Wellness:

Wellness (Health Week 2) and employee development.

Bring different benefits initiatives to collaborators (agreements)

Provide different activities to ensure the physical activity of the collaborators, measuring the participation index in these activities. (active break)

Work in the Health Prevention Plan that includes health campaigns, informative talks on health prevention and a health advice plan.

Manage benefits programs in Mexico in coordination with Global Benefits USA.

Negotiate with Broker and Providers arrangements (Medical and life insurance, Pension Plan & Personal Retirement Plan administrators, Actuarial valuation).

Administer benefits in Venezuela in coordination with Global Benefits USA.

Negotiate with Broker and Providers arrangements (Medical and life insurance).

Lead employee engagement initiatives

Training & Development:

LAC Academy (regional technical training program)

Talent Review & Succession Planning cycle.

Help with the implementation of mandatory trainings

Employee benefits.

Internal communication aligns with Marketing, which includes Mx benefits campaigns, Town Hall, among others.

Responsible for volunteer activities.

Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and structure alignment

HR Data, Reporting & Analytics

Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, headcount)

Provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning

Culture & Engagement

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals

Act as a culture ambassador within the organization

Drive health & wellbeing initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging

Provide recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning

Support change-management initiatives

Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across locations
