Web Project Manager (Brand Studio)

We’re looking for a Web Project Manager to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you’ll drive the planning and execution of web projects from concept through launch—partnering closely with designers, writers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders across the business. Sitting within the Brand Studio, you’ll play a key role in bringing visual and verbal brand work to life across digital experiences, ensuring alignment between creative vision, business objectives, and technical execution.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, think beyond individual deliverables, and understand how web experiences support broader marketing and product journeys. You’re someone who can identify the shortest path from kickoff to launch while continuously improving workflows, collaboration, and team efficiency.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

Manage end-to-end web projects, from intake and scoping through launch and post-release follow-up

Translate briefs, meeting notes, and stakeholder input into clear project plans, timelines, and actionable tasks

Own project tracking and execution within tools like Monday.com (and JIRA where applicable)

Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and informed

Ensure clarity around scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across all stakeholders

Proactively identify risks, blockers, and gaps—and drive solutions to keep projects moving forward

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Studio, Web Strategy, and Dev/Engineering

Partner with Brand Studio to ensure visual and verbal assets are aligned, delivered on time, and ready for web implementation

Act as the bridge between creative and development teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and fidelity from concept through final build

Understand how web initiatives support broader marketing, product, and customer journey objectives—not just individual deliverables

Web & Development Operations

Coordinate with development teams and understand technical workflows, including handoffs, QA, and release processes

Support and enforce best practices across the web project lifecycle (briefing, scoping, design, development, QA, launch)

Maintain organized documentation and project visibility using tools like Confluence and Monday

Process Improvement & Innovation

Help build and evolve scalable workflows, frameworks, and operational processes for a growing Brand Studio and Web organization

Identify opportunities to streamline execution, reduce inefficiencies, and improve speed-to-launch across web projects

Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve project management, collaboration, and operational efficiency

Bring clarity and structure to fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities

Be Prepared — What You Bring

6-8 years of experience in project management experience in web, digital, or creative environments

Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred; JIRA and Confluence are a plus)

Strong understanding of the web project lifecycle, including briefing, scoping, timelines, reviews, and launches

Familiarity with development and engineering workflows, including QA and release processes

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, standups, and iterative delivery cycles

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, take initiative, and independently drive projects and process improvements forward.

Understanding of brand and creative processes, including working with visual and verbal teams

Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Curiosity and openness toward AI-enabled tools and emerging workflows that improve team productivity and delivery efficiency

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days:

Get up to speed on our brand, team workflows, and web ecosystem. Begin supporting active projects, learning our tools and processes, and building relationships with cross-functional partners.

Six Months:

Independently manage multiple web projects end-to-end. Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders and help streamline workflows across Brand and Web teams.
