Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning the purchase and supply of finished goods for resale;

Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational demands;

Process purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery;

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and product movements in SAP;

Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost-reduction opportunities;

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments;

Perform data entry and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance;

Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards and regulations;

Support after-sales operations by tracking product returns and warranty claims;

Prepare performance metrics and dashboards using available tools to track key supply chain indicators.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;

Proven experience with SAP;

Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;

Previous experience with Power BI;

Advanced English proficiency;

Previous experience with international order flow processes.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain processes;

Knowledge of procurement practices and supplier management;

Proficiency in data analysis and report generation;

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
